The answer is yes. I am aware of several companies that sell "100% Coyote Urine". However, in reality there are many ways of diluting urine. Glycerin is the most common additive. Most people who purchase urine as a deterrent do not have the means for testing its quality. Therefore it is a crap shoot if will do the job or not.
The critical ingredient to 100% coyote urine is the addition of the essential pheromone gland scents that an animal excretes in the wild when marking its territory. Urine collected in farm animals is urine that has been eliminated passively. That urine does not contain the necessary territorial gland scents.
Ole Time Woodsman does not collect the urine. After we tested the coyote urine available from several supplies, we now purchase our urine from THE PEE MART before adding the pheromone gland scents.
